• In January 2016, established in Fengxian District, Shanghai to engage in electronic circuit development, research and development of high performance and high demand electromagnets.

   

• In August 2016, we developed embedded intelligent electromagnet with high precision magnetic control for semiconductor industry

   

• Feb 2017, set up office in Suzhou Fenhu Siyuan Venture Park.

   

• Aug 2017, intelligent control system field test in Dagang oil field was successful and got certification report.

   

• December 2017, the company prepared for ISO9001 quality certification system.

   

• Jan 2018, set up system integration control and wire harness processing production base in Siyuan Venture Park with 1500 sq. ft. plant area.

• In March 2018, Suzhou Jichang was established to engage in system integration processing service.

   

• In May 2018, the company increased its business scope and shifted from R&D service enterprise to product development and production enterprise.

   

• In July 2018, the company passed ISO9001-2015 quality system.

   

• October 2018, developed the world's first silent suction cup solenoid for robotics industry.

   

• Jan 2019, reached cooperation with WHITMAN controls and became a cooperative authorized service master distributor in China.

   

• Feb 2020, set up inductor coil production base in Kunshan, Kunshan WoWang Electronics merged into Panacea Electronics.

   

• March 2020, invested 8 million in Suzhou Wujiang, set up a machine processing base.

   

• Nov 2020, developed low noise and high friction brake assembly for medical industry, the first of its kind in the industry.

   

• Mar. 2021, Expanded the workshop to 2500 sq. ft. in Siyuan Technology Park East.

   

• Oct 2021, developed high safety solenoid for elevator special equipment.

   

• In Dec 2021, we invested 5 million in Fenhu Xijiao Science and Technology Park to develop a separate electromagnet, brake and clutch department, vowing to compete with the world's leading industry players.

2016年

• 2016年01月，在上海奉贤区成立从事电子电路开发,研发高性能高要求电磁铁。

• 2016年08月，开发出嵌入式智能电磁铁用高精密磁力控制的半导体行业。

2017年

• 2017年02月，在苏州汾湖思源创业园设立办公室。

• 2017年04月，成立苏州集畅，从事系统集成加工服务。

• 2017年05月，开始系统的进行离合器制动器的开发生产。

• 2017年08月，智能化控制系统现场试验大港油田取得成功，获得认证报告。

• 2017年12月，公司筹备ISO9001质量认证体系。

2018年

• 2018年01月，在思源创业园设立系统集成控制及线束加工生产基地，厂房面积1500平。

• 2018年05月，公司增加经营范围，从研发服务企业转向产品研发生产企业。

• 2018年07月，公司通过ISO9001-2015质量体系。

• 2018年10月，开发出全球首款静音吸盘式电磁铁用于机器人行业。

2019年

2019年01月，与WHITMAN controls达成合作，成为中国区合作授权服务总销商。

2020年

2020年02月，在昆山成立电感线圈生产基地，昆山禾旺电子合为芑创电子。

2020年03月，在苏州吴江投资800万，设立机加工基地。

2020年11月，为医疗行业开发出低噪音高摩擦力刹车组件，行业内首创。

2021年

2021年03月，公司在思源科技园东区增扩车间到2500平方.

2021年10月，开发高安全的电梯特种设备用电磁铁。

2021年12月，在汾湖西交科技园投资500万，独立出电磁铁，刹车，离合器部门，誓与世界行业列强进行竞争。
